FAQs
Do I have to be a Christian or believe in God to work with you?
No. You don’t have to be a perfect Christian or have everything figured out. This space is for women who are open — open to growth, open to looking at their life honestly, and open to the possibility that faith might be part of their healing and their life.
Is this faith-based coaching?
Yes. My work and my life are faith-based, and my relationship with God is a big part of how I healed and how I live now. That will naturally be part of our work together. But this is not Bible study, and I am not here to preach or force anything on you. You just have to be open. What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy and coaching are both incredibly valuable, but they are different.Therapy often focuses on healing the past, processing emotions, understanding patterns, and working through trauma, anxiety, depression, and mental health challenges.
Coaching is more focused on the present and the future. It’s about:
Where you are now
Where you want to be
What needs to change
Your habits
Your routines
Your decisions
Your goals
Your accountability
Taking action and building a different life
In simple terms, therapy helps you understand and heal.
Coaching helps you change your life and move forward.Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I understand that this is an investment, and I never want money to be the only reason someone doesn’t change their life. At the same time, I also believe that when you invest in something, you take it more seriously and you show up differently. So I offer payment plan options for my programs, and we can talk through what that looks like on our discovery call and find something that feels manageable and realistic for you.
What matters most to me is that the people who join are committed and ready to show up for themselves — because that’s what actually makes this work.
How is this different than other coaching programs?
Most coaching programs focus on just one area of your life. Some focus only on fitness.
Some focus only on mindset.
Some focus only on habits.
Some focus only on talking through your problems. What I do is different because we look at your whole life and how you live it every single day.
We work on:
Your habits
Your routines
Your body
Your faith
Your environment
Your discipline
Your confidence
Your self-trust
Your goals
Your relationship with yourself
Also, I don’t give you a “one size fits all” plan and send you on your way. We build your life and your routines around you — your personality, your goals, your lifestyle, your struggles, and who you actually are.
And maybe the biggest difference is this:
I’m not trying to turn you into some perfect version of a person.
I’m trying to help you become yourself — and build a life that reflects that.A lot of programs are about becoming “that girl,” “her,” or some ideal version of a person.
This work is about becoming you, but the version of you that shows up for herself, keeps promises to herself, takes care of herself, and builds a life she’s proud of.That’s a very different kind of confidence. And that’s what we’re building here.
